As Insurance Advisor for this insurance broker, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• You handle the management of an assigned insurance portfolio.
• You negotiate policy terms and rates with insurers, always based on the client's risks.
• Preferably, you will also handle the claims management of that portfolio. In doing so, you will be the single point of contact for all questions about claims.
• You work closely with the account manager; together, you ensure a customer experience in which the customer is totally unburdened. Of course, you are also in direct contact with the customer yourself.

• You obtained a bachelor's or master's degree or are equivalent through extensive experience.
• You can count on at least a first experience in insurance, both production and claims.
• You are someone who is highly committed and willing to give your best to serve customers.
• You can bring structure to a multitude of information.
• You are independent and working conscientiously gives you energy.
• You don't let changes in the organisation or sector force you into a corner.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English are not foreign to your ears.
