Function

As an insurance clerk, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and support the commercial staff in managing insurance portfolios. You play a vital role in the administrative process and ensure that everything runs accurately and efficiently. You will also have regular contact with customers, but the emphasis is on administrative support.


  • Processing and managing insurance files for both private and corporate clients (SME's).
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, policy preparation, and maintaining customer information.
  • Telephone and personal customer contact: answering questions, providing information on insurance products and processing incoming requests.

Our client has an extensive customer base. Within this role, the aim is not to take on the commercial aspect. However, you will be in contact with customers by phone or in person when they visit the office or call/email with questions, for example.

Profile

  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is a plus but not required; we are open to both junior and senior profiles.
  • You are communicatively strong and can interact well with customers both by phone and face-to-face.
  • You are a real team player who can also work independently.
  • You can get along well in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
