Home loans consultant

As a home loan consultant, you will be responsible for advising and assisting customers in taking out mortgage loans for the purchase, construction or renovation of their home. You actively listen to the customer's needs and financial situation and offer tailored advice that suits their specific situation. You will analyse financial data, prepare feasible credit proposals and guide the customer through the entire application process.

Besides providing financial advice, you will build lasting relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for questions and support customers with any changes or modifications to their loans.

• At least a Bachelor's degree in a finance discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language in both speaking and writing.
• Willingness to support colleagues's and assist as needed.
