Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will form a close team with the CFO and be responsible for various financial administration tasks within the company. You will work closely with other departments and support business operations through detailed analysis and reporting.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Analyse incoming and outgoing invoices and report findings.
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Preparation of various depreciation tables and cash schedules.
• Responsible for VAT returns and corporation tax.
• Preparation of client listings and budgeting.
• Provide management reporting and interpret figures with associated analytical distributions.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports at the request of the business.
• Preparation of external reports, such as Intrastat, Prodcom, etc.
• Analyse and optimise financial and operational business processes in various projects based on your analytical insights.

• You preferably have a Master's degree in an economic field or are equal through experience.
• You have knowledge of Belgian accounting rules and basic VAT legislation.
• You are strongly analytical and can communicate your findings in a structured and clear way.
• You are fluent in Dutch; knowledge of English and German is a plus.
