As a Financial Analyst, you will have the following duties:

• Assist in the preparation process of reporting, preparation of financial statements and tax files;
• Close collaboration with accounting ifv M&A processes;
• Operational accounting processing;
• Analysing financial data and preparing reports to support M&A decision-making;
• Tracking the progress of ongoing M&A transactions and projects;
• Assisting with due diligence and integration planning;
• Contributing to the development of M&A strategies and best practices within the organisation;
• Performing general administrative tasks may also be part of your remit.

Our client is an international player in the field of professional insurance consultancy. To strengthen their Finance team in Belgium, they are currently looking for a Financial Analyst.

As a Financial Analyst, you are/have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy-Taxation or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Relevant work experience in an international environment is a big plus but not a must;
• Dutch-speaking with a good knowledge of French and English;
• Dynamic and enthusiastic;
• Stress-resistant and customer-oriented;
• Analytical, precise and accurate;
