Finance Manager

For this company that will move to Zaventem early next year, we are currently looking for a finance manager to join the finance team.

Within the Finance department, you will be responsible for closing the accounts, controlling, and various reports. You will also report to the CFO and lead the finance and collections team.

Specifically, you can expect the following items to be part of your job responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the periodic closing of the accounts.
• You monitor financial results.
• You prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Performing several variance analyses.
• Support the pricing and commercial team based on profitability analyses.
• You check and approve incoming invoices.
• You provide statutory and tax reports.
• Act as a sounding board for the CFO and management team.

Within this role, there will be close collaboration with the Financial Controller with whom the range of tasks will be coordinated.

To fill this role, we are looking for the person who can identify with the following:

• You have a master's degree in Commercial Sciences, TEW, Commercial Engineering or equivalent through experience.
• You are highly analytical and have good communication skills.
• Affinity with various IT applications, Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience within a controlling or auditing role is certainly a great baggage to build on.
• Proactive and can work autonomously are right up your street.
• You speak fluent Dutch and French (understand), English is a plus.
• Affinity with mobility and operational leasing is a plus.
