Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role within the finance team, which currently consists of 9 people. You will be responsible for the AR team and act as the primary point of contact for external parties such as auditors, tax authorities and legal affairs. It is important that you not only lead, but also perform hands-on tasks and support your team.

Consequently, you can expect the following range of tasks:

• Coach, support and help with executive tasks as needed
• Primary contact for external audits and tax matters
• Provide budgeting and financial analysis support to the Belgian management team
• Implementation of financial systems

As Finance Manager, you are/have:

• Master of Accountancy
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a strong plus
• Ambitious and eager to learn, with a desire to grow internally
• Excellent communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and analytical skills
