Insurance employee

As an Insurance Officer, you will know how to master the following range of tasks:

• Responsible for preparing insurance policies and processing applications.
• Regular review and updating of existing policies.
• Answering customer queries via phone, e-mail or in face-to-face meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and external partners, such as brokers and insurers.
• Collaborate with colleagues's from various departments, including claims handling, management and commercial teams.

For the vacancy of Insurance Officer in the Bornem area, we are looking for the following person:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance & Insurance or equivalent through experience.
• In possession of your PCP certificate (or willing to obtain it).
• Experience or affinity with the insurance sector.
• You possess strong communication and commercial skills.
• Willingness to work in a family-run business with an informal working environment.
• You speak Dutch at a professional level, knowledge of another language is a plus.
