As a Bank Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and have the following duties:

• Ensuring a welcoming reception and excellent customer service;
• Assisting customers with day-to-day banking matters, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and providing information on various products and services;
• Referral to colleague's specialists;
• Inform customers about (new) products and services.

Our client is a banking and insurance firm. They are currently looking to strengthen their team.

As a Bank Clerk, you are/have:

• At least a high school diploma;
• Experience in customer service or banking is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential;
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services;
• Good organisational skills;
• Team player with a positive attitude.
