As Bank employee you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of financial products, including investments, loans and insurance. Your main duties include:

• Building and managing the client portfolio.
• Using commercial skills to strengthen customer relationships.
• Advise customers with tailor-made solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues's to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Continuously improve service and customer satisfaction.

For the position of Bank Clerk in the Ghent area, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or you are equivalent through experience.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.
• Service-oriented attitude.
• Commercially minded and focused on long-term relationships.
• You have an affinity with the banking sector.
