We are looking for an enthusiastic Bank Officer with career opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and customer-oriented tasks. As a Bank Clerk, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and supporting daily financial transactions. Gradually, you will be immersed in the world of banking, insurance and credit. Depending on your own interests, you may specialise in a particular pillar.

Initially, your duties will include:

• Processing financial transactions and administrative tasks.
• Resolve customer queries and problems in an efficient manner.
• Detect commercial opportunities and refer to specialist colleagues's.
• Support other bank employees in various tasks.

For the position of Bank Clerk, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Recent graduate with at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a finance-related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
