Embedded Software Engineer

For this position, our client offers:

• The core tasks of this function revolve around the implementation, installation, configuration and monitoring of traffic light controllers
• Participation in 24/7 monitoring rotation system to perform in-depth analysis of problems to find root causes and implement solutions
• Supervising the field support team during installation and maintenance activities
• Liaise with the customer, colleagues and equipment suppliers to resolve technical issues
• Performing site inspections on recently completed projects
• Implementing changes to new or existing products and functions

Our client specialises in providing traffic solutions. They offer solutions that optimise traffic flow and traffic safety. They assist their clients in designing, installing, operating and maintaining the equipment. In addition, they also provide a 24/7 monitoring service. For the Traffic Engineering team, they are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer. The team consists of experts who are responsible for the integration, configuration, programming, installation and maintenance of the hardware and software mobility solutions.

• You are able to give technical presentations to make the products, technologies and solutions more understandable and accessible to customers.
• You are in possession of a driving licence.
• You are willing to learn about the technical hardware Traffic Light Controllers and the software around it.
• You can communicate in Dutch, English & French
