As Product Genius, you are responsible for the product life cycle and you are the product expert of the organisation. You play a connecting role between Purchase, Calculation, Sales, Project Management and Technical Service. You are the point of contact for product strategy and technical product requirements and closely follow the latest market trends. The sustainable solutions have no (technical) secrets for you (solar panels, inverters, sub-constructions, home batteries, charging points, cabling, ...). As right hand of the COO you have a valuable position within the company.

• You are a technical product expert in terms of material properties, product requirements and applications. In this role, you provide technical support to
• the entire organisation.
• You are an expert in analysing product faults, but can also translate this to the organisation and customers. You work closely with the suppliers to implement the right actions in case of problems.
• You determine the quality requirements of the materials from product and process knowledge, compliance and from material properties. You translate these requirements into technical specifications.
• You are the driving force behind innovation and optimisation and you analyse the market trends for new and existing products and translate them into a concrete product strategy.
• You connect people and look for solutions in the interest of the company and our customers. You are the driving force in multifunctional teams where you take on the role of expert in the field of product knowledge.
• You give internal technical training.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (electrical engineering, electricity, electromechanical engineering, industrial engineering) and can look back on relevant experience.
• Experience in the sector is an absolute plus, a strong interest in renewable energy and related solutions is a must. You can quickly immerse yourself in new products and materials.
• You like to take the lead in innovative projects.
• You are technically inclined, have strong analytical skills and are solution-oriented.
• You have an open and enthusiastic personality and can communicate effectively in a multifunctional team or with customers.
