File manager

As a File Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your clients. You are responsible for the meticulous and proactive management of day-to-day accounting. You work in tandem with the dossier manager who is responsible for steering and optimising dossiers. Our client strives for a synergetic collaboration that does not shy away from taking turns at reception.

As a Dossier Administrator, you can expect the following range of duties:

• Maintain initial contact with clients to request accounting records.
• Perform daily accounting, including booking incoming invoices and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with case managers for case transfer and optimisation.
• Participate in a rotation for reception activities.

As a Dossier Administrator, you are/have:

• Diploma in finance or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• healthy ambition and the ability to commit to a dossier.
• Open to feedback and honest and open communication.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.
• Fluent with digital tools, experience with Adsolut is a plus.
