Customer Service Engineer

• You are the first point of contact for our customers by phone and email after the installation of one of our semi-automated storage systems
• You take the necessary steps when urgent interventions are needed
• Together with the technicians, you plan a repair and communicate this to the customer
• You analyse the requests quickly and effectively
• You carry out the necessary analyses and calculations in order to obtain an adequate cost price calculation
• You will be deployed as an inspector for warehouse racks
• You draw up commercial and clear offers in consultation with the Managing Director
• You report to the Managing Director

They assist their customers from design to production to after sales service. • You have a previous technical education such as construction, electromechanics, industrial engineering, professional bachelor, etc. or you are equivalent through experience
• Good communication is one of your strengths
• You think customer-oriented and solution-oriented and you can express yourself perfectly in Dutch/French
• You have a sense of initiative and can work independently but are also a team player
• You have a good knowledge of Word and Excel
• Good knowledge of English is an asset
