Insurance customer manager

As an Insurance Customer Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Reception of customers both physically at the office and by telephone;
• Handling of concrete questions and analysis of the existing insurance portfolios;
• Preparation of quotations, management of policies;
• Preparation of policies and delivery of deeds, processing of policy cancellations, suspensions and nullifications;
• Supporting your commercial colleagues.

Our client is an insurance agency with 3 branches in East Flanders. Their clients include private individuals as well as the self-employed and SMEs. Their strength is - tailored professional advice.

Due to strong growth in the insurance market, they are currently looking for a new colleague to complete their team.

As an Insurance Customer Manager, you are/have:

• Bachelor degree (preferably in Finance and Insurance) or equivalent through experience;
• Administratively strong;
• Precise and accurate;
• Communicative and commercial attitude;
• Customer-oriented;
• Collegial and flexible.
