For this Client Advisor position in the Kessel region, we are looking for someone who will take on the following tasks within the office:

• You will be one of the first points of contact for new and existing clients within the firm.
• You conduct interviews with the firm's clients. In doing so, you use your knowledge in all areas of a bank-insurer.
• You have mastered basic knowledge for all domains and refer to experts where necessary. You will of course also receive this basic knowledge during your induction period with the necessary training.
• You are able to provide a 360° banking service to all customers.
• You call customers and invite them for a chat.
• You are on board with the digital evolution and can transfer this to your colleagues and customers.
• You pursue maximum customer service.

Our client is a branch network of a well-known major bank within Belgium. They currently have about five branches spread across De Kempen. Within these 5 branches, about 35 people are working in various positions. This branch network targets both private and professional clients. Due to the vastness of the office network, they can count on a nice client base that is nevertheless locally anchored. As a future client advisor, you will mainly work from one specific office.

To get started as a Customer Advisor within this major bank in the Kessel region, we are looking for someone who can identify with the following:

• You ideally have a bachelor's degree or have already built up experience in the banking and insurance sector.
• Are you in possession of the necessary certificates to start working within the bank? If so, this is definitely a plus!
• You breathe one and all customer focus.
• You are someone who is very commercially minded, obviously you are not going to sell hoovers but the necessary portion of commercial drive is required.
• You are a real team player with a commercial attitude.
• You are enthusiastic and communicative.
• You are flexible and sociable.
• You are stress resistant.
• You enjoy maintaining contacts.
• You are willing to work in different offices of the bank if required.
• You speak Dutch at a professional level.
