For the position of Customer Advisor within the banking and insurance sector, we are looking for someone who will take on the following tasks within the office:

• You will be one of the first points of contact for new and existing clients within the firm
• You conduct interviews with the clients of the office. In doing so, you use your knowledge in all areas of a bank-insurance company
• You have mastered a basic knowledge of all the domains and refer to experts when necessary
• You are able to provide a 360° banking service to all clients
• You call customers and invite them for a meeting
• You are up to speed with the digital evolution and can transfer this to your colleagues and clients
• You strive for maximum customer service
• One day or half a day a week you are, in turn, responsible for the telephone permanence of the office

Our client is a branch network of a well-known major bank in Belgium. They currently have seven branches spread across East Limburg. Within these 7 branches, approximately 45 people are employed in various positions. This branch network focuses on both private and professional customers. Thanks to the vastness of the branch network, they can count on a nice clientele that is still anchored locally.

To get started as a Customer Advisor in this bank, we are looking for someone who can identify with the following:

• Ideally, you will have a bachelor's degree or have already built up experience in the banking and insurance sector.
