Construction Specialist Acquisition and Development

On working days, you combine these tasks:

Acquisition

• Active prospecting: independently search for existing and future opportunities for this group;
• Passive prospecting: analyse all opportunities offered to this group;
• File analysis: be able to analyse, summarise and present opportunities to the board;
• Maintain relationships with potential sellers, brokers, city councils, ect...;
• Preparation of initial feasibility analysis;
• Conduct negotiations;
• Purchase close and transfer management ownership.

Development

• Conduct negotiations with city/municipality -governments;
• Appoint and monitor architects;
• Preparation of feasibility studies;
• Elaborate permit file with architect and engineering offices;
• Manage/monitor building/tenants before development begins

Ideally, you can completely tick off this list:

• You enjoyed a degree in Architecture and/or Industrial Architecture and ideally hold a master's degree in Property Management;
• You preferably have initial work experience behind you;
• Working independently does not deter;
• You are motivated and flexible with the necessary perseverance, you also have team spirit, enthusiasm and organisational skills;
• We are looking for someone with commercial skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
• In possession of a driving licence B;
• You speak Dutch, French and English.
