As a Commercial Investment Advisor for this office in the Berchem region, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• As a driven professional, you will be responsible for the profitability and growth of an existing portfolio of clients.
• You will schedule regular proactive appointments with your clients and discuss their financial goals and needs together, resulting in a personalised plan.
• In time, you will take initiatives to expand your existing portfolio. Through your own commitment and a proactive approach, you will thus build your own network.
• You formulate solutions tailored to your customers' needs and convince them of the benefits of the offer.
• You keep abreast of all developments in procedures, products, legislation, economic situation, etc., and apply this knowledge correctly in your advisory discussions with clients.
• You focus on the strategic target group, namely clients and prospects with at least €75,000 in off-balance-sheet investments, and develop a long-term sustainable professional relationship with them.
• You will contribute to continuous commercial growth and high client satisfaction.

To fill the role of relationship manager, we are looking for someone who can identify with the following characteristics:

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, or are equivalent through experience.
• You have at least initial experience within the financial sector.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the technical, legal and tax aspects of investments.
• A good basic knowledge of retail lending is present.
• You are well embedded in the relevant broad region, and integrity, flexibility and team spirit are important values for you.
• Empathy and listening skills are characteristics that suit you.
• You can express yourself fluently in the Dutch language, and knowledge of French and English is always useful given the role as Commercial Adviser Investment.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Investment Advisor to join the Berchem office of this bank. You will join an office of about 5 people where you will act as additional relationship manager. On a local level, you will be part of a smaller group but you can of course rely on the expertise of the larger bank.
