Clerk Invoicing

Our client offers a full-time job. A 4/5 position is also possible.

As an invoice clerk, your tasks will consist of the following:

- Invoicing of nation work department and stevedoring

- Ship's statement

- Work order follow-up

- Administrative support

- Be able to answer customers' questions about invoicing in an appropriate manner

- You already have a first experience in invoicing

- You are punctual administratively

- Knowledge of VAT and accounting legislation is a plus

- You can work independently and keep an overview

- You are stress resistant and can work with strict deadlines

- You have a good knowledge of English and Dutch (also in writing)

- You are familiar with MS office and IT skills
