We are looking for an enthusiastic claims manager to join this team. Do you recognise yourself in the following profile?

• You obtained a bachelor's degree in insurance or equivalent, or you have developed a strong affinity for the insurance sector.
• You have about three years' experience as a claims manager with an insurance broker, where you have been able to support both private clients and businesses.
• Customer focus is your top priority; you are always willing to be there for the customer.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and a sound knowledge of French.
• You are eager to learn and motivated to further develop and grow yourself through various training courses.
• Problem-solving skills are not foreign to you and you can empathise with the customer's problems.
• You understand the importance of smooth communication with customers and ensure that they are always informed of progress, both by phone and email.

We are currently looking for a Claims Administrator for an independent insurance broker in the region of Berlaar, with the aim of expanding the team. As a Claims Manager, you will be part of one of the leading insurance brokers in the country, with several offices spread across Flanders. Unlike a traditional brokerage firm with a limited number of employees, here you will find yourself in an organisation with around 200 professionals. Despite its size, they value the working atmosphere and internal culture, aiming for an open and accessible environment. Moreover, they aim to present themselves as a generalist broker focused on insuring a wide range of clients, from individuals to the self-employed and international companies.
