As the first point of contact for customers, you are responsible for a wide range of tasks. Customers can come to you by phone, mail and post for advice, opening files, written claims reports, etc. You investigate their requests and propose solutions in a customer-friendly manner.

Besides supporting customers, you also provide agencies and experts with the necessary information for the correct handling of your claims files. This includes gathering all necessary information about the claim, including preparing the claim file and monitoring the progress of the claim settlement.

You will be in close contact with your colleagues to ensure that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. This means you work in a team and contribute to supporting your colleagues when needed. Together, you ensure that customer satisfaction remains at a high level.
