As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for handling claims efficiently and effectively. You play a crucial role in the claims assessment, settlement and resolution process, communicating with both customers and insurance companies. You will assess the extent of the claim, examine related documentation and perform the necessary checks to establish the validity of the claim. You will also be responsible for advising clients on coverages, conditions and procedures related to their insurance policy.

Furthermore, it is possible to attend damage assessments. This is an option, not a must.

• You will have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Legal Practice, Finance and Insurance, or an equivalent qualification through relevant experience.
• Experience in claims management is appreciated but not essential.
• You have excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• As a team player, you are able to work both independently and as part of a group, with the ability to make decisions independently over time.
• You are able to communicate empathetically and effectively with customers.
