As a work planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising various civil and engineering construction sites.
You will draw up the schedule and provide the necessary equipment and materials for the smooth execution of projects.
You will also represent the company during planning meetings with clients and work closely with subcontractors.
Communication with residents, municipalities and clients is also part of your duties.
You record personnel present and equipment consumption, measure the work carried out and process these in measurement sheets.
Finally, you will report to the project leader to ensure the progress of the projects.

For their Utilities team, they are looking for the site manager of choice to ensure the installations of civil engineering works with his/her team.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Engineering, Electromechanics or an equivalent qualification through experience.
You have strong leadership skills and are a real people manager.
Stress-resistance and a hands-on mentality typify you, while at the same time you have a deep respect for the environment and are always looking for sustainable solutions.
You are proficient in using Excel and Outlook and have a well-organised, quality-oriented and safety-conscious approach.
A driving licence B is a requirement for this position.
