Ideally, you have the following strengths:

• Working with the Architect: Proposing materials and execution techniques in consultation with the construction team.
• Analysing Specifications: Thoroughly reviewing (sales) specifications.
• Calculations and Estimates: Preparation of measurement statements and detailed price estimates.
• Project improvement: Suggesting methodologies to take their projects to the next level.
• Support and Procurement: Active involvement in both estimation and procurement processes, and provide support to developers in the start-up of files.
