As Business Controller, you will play a key role at our client. For this, you can expect the following range of tasks: 

• Thinking strategically and commercially about business processes
• Working closely with operational teams to optimise pricing, margins, product groups and strategic decisions.
• Auditing and reporting of accounts
• VAT declaration and year-end closing
• Strengthen and improve financial processes

Our client is a leading SME specialising in the manufacture of custom-made gates and fences. With their own workshop, equipped with ten skilled welders, they strive for quality and precision. As an established company, they have established a solid position in the market. With a team of 35 enthusiastic employees, they strive for excellence in everything they do. Their aim is to strengthen their operations by the end of October with a new business controller who will play a valuable role in their future growth.

As Business Controller, you are/have:

• An academic level of thinking
• Experience as a business controller is a strong asset
• A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
• Knowledge of the Exact Online programme is a plus
• Communication skills in Dutch
