Investment Advisor

An Investment Advisor at our client plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting clients in their investment decisions. The core responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Inform customers about the various investment products and services offered by our client, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds and pension products.
• Proactively monitor client portfolios and regularly review their performance in relation to investment goals.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through regular communication and face-to-face meetings.
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients with questions or concerns about their investments.
• Continue to monitor market developments and adjust investment strategies to respond to changes in market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to investment advice and client management.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business management or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex financial concepts to customers in an understandable way.
• Strong customer-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Ability to listen carefully to customers and understand their needs and goals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues's within different domains.
• Active participation in training and refresher courses to keep abreast of the latest developments and regulations in the financial sector.
