Your duties will include the following:

• You will be responsible for initial client contacts at the office reception.
• You are one of the first points of contact in terms of incoming telephony within the office.
• You will help customers with their basic questions about the various services.
• Do customers need more specialised advice? Then schedule an appointment with the right expert.
• You actively engage in agenda management for the various experts in the office.
• You will contribute to the cordial advisory service that the firm wants to exude.
• You are jointly responsible for strengthening customer loyalty and actively expanding family relationships.

We are currently looking for a Banking & Insurance Advisor to join our client's team in Schelle and Niel. Currently, the team is spread across 2 locations. However, as they regularly visit the different locations, the team spirit is strongly maintained. This atmosphere is therefore one of the showpieces of this office.

To fill this role of Banking & Insurance Advisor in the Niel/Schelle region, we are looking for the person who recognises themselves in the following:

• You obtained a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study. However, do you know how to convince us of your passion for the sector? Then be sure to let us hear from you too.
• Ideally, you will hold the necessary certificates to start working within the banking sector. Otherwise, you are willing to obtain these within the year.
• You love giving advice to customers and you thrive on customer contact.
• You know how to express yourself fluently in Dutch; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• You are someone who can work smoothly in a team and attaches great importance to working in a good atmosphere.
