Architectural draftsman

As an architectural draftsman, you will be offered the following

• A competitive salary based on your experience.
• Meal vouchers: €6/day.
• You will work in a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday.
• 20 leave days with an additional 12 ADV days according to the calendar of the construction industry.
• Parking is provided for the company.

As a structural draftsman, your duties will be as follows:

• You are responsible for the preparation of various projects mainly in Flanders, Wallonia and northern France.
• you will enter the picture after the sale and be responsible for drawing the design and general plan.
• you read the contract
• you draw the design and general plan in 3D
• you draw up the production plans for the workshop
• ordering materials and drawing up lists for timely delivery and smooth execution
• you draw up the assembly plans
• you are in close contact with the customer and the project leader

This company is located in the region of Komen and specialises in industrial construction (mainly commercial construction) and agricultural construction.

It is a family-owned company that has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years. The company is hugely progressive, recently they have a company in France that will make the metal concrete panels for the firm. So the company will continue to grow in the coming years. Within the company, there is a flat structure where everyone is equal. Furthermore, they have their own workshop where all metal structures are processed.

As a structural draftsman, you preferably meet:

• You hold a graduate, bachelor's or master's degree (architecture / applied architecture / architectural draftsman);
• You are familiar with drawing in Autocad and preferably Tekla;
• You have good analytical thinking skills, enjoy working accurately and are collegial;
• You have a good command of Dutch or French
