We are looking for a talented and motivated Construction Draughtsman to join the team. As a Construction Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings and models for construction projects. You will work with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs and plans are converted into realistic and feasible structures.

Responsibilities:

• Developing architectural drawings, floor plans, facades, sections and detail drawings based on architectural designs and technical specifications.
• Collecting relevant information, such as building codes, material specifications and construction details, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assisting the project team in preparing construction schedules and cost estimates.
• Maintain and manage drawings and documentation throughout the project.
• Collaborating with other disciplines, such as structural and installation engineers, to ensure coordination of design and construction activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the construction phase.
• Attending project meetings and providing technical input and support to the team.

We are looking for a Construction Draughtsman for a leading construction company.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Construction Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Draughtsman.
• Extensive knowledge of building materials, building regulations and construction techniques.
• Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Good knowledge of construction and architectural principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
