For the Architect position, you will be assigned great challenges:

• Designing buildings and fixtures - it concerns utility buildings (not residential).
• Elaborating the final design.
• Preparation of the complete building application file.
• Preparation of tender documents and measurement statements.
• Consulting with project engineers stability and techniques to ensure coordinated results.

For the vacancy of Architect, you will join a design office with a total service provider for the construction industry. A close-knit and experienced team of in-house architects & ingnieurs are on hand to serve clients.

Multidisciplinary and personal. Everything in-house. An attractive and functional architectural design is the basis, reinforced with expertise in stability, techniques, infrastructure, EPB and safety coordination. The glue to align this perfectly is BIM. The linchpin to completely unburden the client is the project manager.

Our client has grown into one of the largest independent engineering firms. It currently employs around 70 permanent staff. Despite the size of the engineering firm, they still retain their family atmosphere and personal approach, undoubtedly one of our client's strengths. Roseline and Frederic's door is always open!

For the Architect position, we are looking for:

• You have a master's degree in architecture (architect) but preferably a master's degree in engineering - architecture (engineer - architect).
• You have a good knowledge of Belgian spatial planning regulations.
• You have a broad interest in space and engineering.
• You think critically about your surroundings.
• You have a creative mindset.
• You have a particular attention to the client's wishes and vision.
• You are communicative, sociable and interested in collaborating with the other disciplines.
• You are interested in innovation, sustainability and strategic thinking.
• You have mastered design and presentation techniques, both graphic and computer-based for developing and communicating architectural and technical concepts.
• You speak/write fluent Dutch.
