In this function, you will help, support and guide the customers. You will detect their needs so that, together with your colleagues, you can put together a correct and effective ERP package. If necessary, you will meet with the customer to go over everything and to think together about the improvements that could be made. You will help to make their business processes more efficient so that they can work more productively as a company. You are the person who will help them shape their future.

This client specialises in designing ERP software for SMEs, NPOs and some large well-known players within the business world. Their focus is mainly on administrative software. This includes classical ERP, WMS, Business intelligence, CRM, Document Management, Webshop, ... Besides software, they are also a one stop shop for customers who wish to receive support on hardware.

Who are you? You are someone who is bitten by the IT bug. You already have your first experience as a developer or you are very interested in starting your professional career in this field. You are familiar with ERP and understand the importance of a strong ERP system within an organisation. You have an analytical mindset which enables you to ask the right questions and extract the correct information. Last but not least, you enjoy interacting with your colleagues and customers.
