We are currently looking for a 'Banking and Insurance Advisor' for the BNP Paribas Fortis office in the Turnhout region to join the team.

As a Banking and Insurance Adviser, your duties will include the following:

• You love meeting customers and providing them with advice. You can respond to their needs via face-to-face conversation as well as digital conversation.
• You proactively manage and develop private clients.
• You guide and advise these customers and their families to realise their concrete projects in the short and medium term by providing them with solutions.
• You equipe and bond with our customers, also thinking about building family relationships.
• You will be part of a dynamic team and, together with your colleagues and a team of experts, you will realise the common goals of the office in which you work.
• You ensure satisfied customers by being accessible through all contact channels.
• You like to learn, you keep learning and growing. You will be guided by a sales manager who will provide regular feedback.

• You communicate smoothly.

• You are familiar with new technologies and digital tools.
• You have strong interest and eagerness to work in the banking sector.
• You have a professional-level command of Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus.
