We are currently at BNP Paribas Fortis in the 'Kempen' region looking for a 'Insurance Advisor' to join the team. Here are some of the tasks you can expect within your role:

• You will be part of a dynamic team, discussing the projects of the firm's private clients together with your colleagues's and a team of experts. In doing so, you respond to their specific needs regarding the protection of everything they hold dear.
• As an expert and commercial hub within the Insurance (BOAR and Life) domain, you will achieve the team's objectives together with your colleagues.
• You have an eager to learn and keep developing yourself continuously.
• You position yourself as a broker focused on quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately following up customer files to increase customer satisfaction is an integral part of your responsibilities.
• You provide customer advice in an equally good and personal manner, both via video calls and in the office.

• You have a higher education degree or relevant experience in the field of insurance. Preferably, you have knowledge of BOAR insurance, specifically targeting individuals.
• Fluent communication is one of your strengths.
• You are sociable and thrive in a team environment.
• Detecting clients' protection needs and offering appropriate solutions are among your natural talents.
• Accuracy comes naturally to you, and you keep your files carefully to fulfil promises to customers.
• You are familiar with new technologies and digital tools.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language. Knowledge of French and English is an asset.
