Accountant/Controller

Some of your tasks:

• Managing financial records, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger and banking.
• Performing monthly closing and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Preparing the annual budget.
• Setting up and optimising the necessary financial systems in terms of administration, reporting and costing.
• Preparing financial statements and coordinating the audit.
• Filing the necessary tax payments and returns.
• Continuously analyse and improve existing processes.
• In time, assist in the integration of the new ERP system (in the financial field).

You will join a team consisting of a Plant Manager, to whom you report, a Head of Production and a Head of Logistics

• You have at least a bachelor's degree in a finance discipline and at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to reduce complex issues to the core.
• You show a strong affinity for IT and have a passion for numbers. Moreover, you are able to set and meet deadlines and priorities effectively.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and preferably also speak English.
