Function

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in supporting the finance department of this fast-growing organisation. You will ensure that the financial records are maintained to perfection and that all accounting processes follow established procedures.


Your tasks:


  • Book and process incoming and outgoing invoices, credit notes and expense notes.
  • Collect and file accountability documents related to procurement transactions.
  • Checking invoices against purchase orders and contracts (mainly goods).
  • Process cash movements and associated accountability documents.
  • Follow up on outstanding items and send payment reminders.
  • Preparation of the monthly intrastat declaration.
  • Prepare and follow up on financial transactions to ensure correct payments.

You will join a stable team of five who can provide the necessary support and training.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in accountancy-tax, TEW or business management) or have experience in a similar position.
  • You work in a structured way, independently and accurately.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and show initiative in a changing and growing organisation.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
  • Knowledge of French and/or English is a plus, given the international context.
  • You have a strong sense of order and work in a planned manner.
