As a bookkeeper at, you will have the responsibility of carrying out the entire accounting for the various companies from A to Z. Your duties will include:

• Processing and recording financial transactions, such as incoming and outgoing invoices, payments, bank statements and other accounting documents.
• Preparing balance sheets, income statements and other financial reports.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Checking financial data and identifying any discrepancies.
• Over time, you will also be involved in financial analysis and reporting.
• You will work independently and take responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

We are currently looking for someone to join the team in accounting for a company in the Zandhoven region. Our client is active in Belgium and neighbouring countries mainly in the field of rental of construction machinery.

To fill this challenging role in the Zandhoven region, we are looking for the person who recognises themselves in the following:

• You have a strong affinity with numbers and accounting processes.
• You are fluent in Dutch and also have some proficiency in French.
• You are extremely precise and have an eye for detail.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Experience with Navision is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You are looking for a full-time position and are willing to be in the office daily.
• A higher degree in an accounting or economics discipline is handy to fall back on.
