As an accountant within this organisation I Geel, your duties will include the following:

• You will be responsible for processing accounting documents.
• You book purchase and sales invoices.
• You will provide support during monthly and year-end closures.
• You ensure correct allocation of costs.
• You will provide support in the preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
• Furthermore, you will also provide support during annual audits.
• You will of course do all this with due attention to applicable legislation and guidelines.

We are currently looking for an additional employee to strengthen the finance department for a well-known construction company in the Geel region. You will be working for a construction company that focuses on renovation and restoration work. Here, they are active around buildings, building structures and monuments.

To fill this role of Bookkeeper, we are looking for the person who recognises themselves in the following:

• You have a keen interest in everything to do with numbers and finance.
• You will preferably hold a bachelor's degree in accountancy-tax or equivalent.
• Previous experience is nice but not an absolute requirement.
• You know how to express yourself professionally in Dutch, you dare to speak a word of English and French when necessary.
• You are looking for full-time employment.
• You are enthusiastic and eager to learn.
