2nd line advisor

In this position, you will join a team of experienced professionals with Lorenz as your manager. Meanwhile we can already enjoy more than 10 years of Lorenz's expertise and enthusiasm within the company. You will mainly:

• Provide support for software, hardware, network and communication problems for an office network of more than 300 offices throughout Flanders.
• Registration of tickets, offering correct solutions and following correct procedures and CLAs regarding questions concerning Windows, MAC OS, Ms Office and own ERP system.
• Commissioning of new employees, day to day changes in AD, printer management, DHCP, installation and maintenance of printers and communication tools,...
• Provide training to end users around O365 & windows based tablets.
• Sometimes you will also go to the offices themselves and do on-site repairs and troubleshooting.

Together with our head office, we are looking for a 2nd line advisor. So you don't just work for a company, but for THE company! A degree is not relevant to us, the desire to learn, passion for IT, communication skills and business culture fit are most important.

• However, you are: solution-oriented, communicative and you play with deadlines.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, MAC OS X and Microsoft Office are a matter of course.
• You speak Dutch, French and English fluently.
• You have a B driving licence, as you will be travelling the country sporadically and showing off your expertise at the offices.
