What exactly does the job of Banking & Insurance Advisor entail?

• As a Banking & Insurance Advisor, you are the point of contact for private customers. You strive to build a lasting win-win relationship with them
• During advisory meetings, you sound out the needs of the customers. In doing so, you think both in the short and long term. In function of this, you propose banking solutions to them.
• You propose solutions in the area of consumer credits, insurance and/or tax savings
• You work proactively and make tailored proposals to the customers, which you also follow up. These proactive telephone contacts are part of your daily work package.
• Digital working and consulting via video call are self-evident
• You alternate between digital counselling sessions and face-to-face sessions 
• Once a week you are available for a late night opening
