Project Manager

Job description:

As Project Manager, you are the driving force behind the management of one or more construction projects. You monitor the quality, safety and technical correctness of the projects, and act as point of contact for the client, study agencies, suppliers and subcontractors. You monitor activities, progress, costs and compliance with rules and safety regulations during project execution. Moreover, you are a coach and motivator for your project team and site supervisors, sharing your knowledge and experience with enthusiasm.

Job content

• You will be responsible for leading one or more construction projects
• You ensure that the project is carried out qualitatively, safely and technically correctly
• You will be the point of contact for the client, design offices, suppliers and subcontractors
• You supervise during project implementation the activities, progress, costs and compliance with applicable rules and safety regulations
• You drive the project team and assist them with the necessary coaching and motivation. You share your knowledge and experience with pleasure and enthusiasm. In doing so, you manage one or more site managers.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a construction-related field
• You have more than 5 years' experience as a project manager
• You are driven and can work both independently and as part of a team
• You think proactively for optimisation and can set the right priorities
• You are strong in managing, motivating and developing teams
• You are stress-resistant and continue to work accurately under time pressure
• You attach importance to quality work and pay attention to the necessary safety regulations
• Possesses a VCA-VOL
• Languages: Dutch (good) - English (good)
• You have a driving licence B
