Are you a versatile professional with a passion for drawing and project management? We are looking for a Draughtsman/Project Leader to join our team. In this role, you will combine technical drawing skills with project-oriented leadership. This role offers a perfect balance between office work and hands-on involvement in the field.

Job content:

• On-site measurements at the end customer's premises
• Drawing out the project after consultation with colleague's / business manager (Inventor)
• Drawing up bills of materials + placing orders
• Follow-up of construction works in the workshop, a hand is allowed!
• Provide guidance/assistance to the assembly team during installation of the structure at the end customer's premises.

Required qualifications and skills:

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar position
• Technical proficiency in drawing programmes's such as Inventor
• Experience in project management and leadership
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and a good basis of English
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
