Bookkeeper

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the complete bookkeeping, from entering invoices to preparing the year-end closing, which is ultimately done by an external office.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and entry of purchase and sales invoices.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable administration.
• Checking and processing bank transactions.
• Preparation of monthly and annual closures.
• Preparation of financial reports and analyses.
• Preparing VAT returns and other tax obligations.
• Support the annual audit.
• Optimise financial processes and systems.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• Diploma in an accounting field or equivalent through experience.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy.
• Good command of the Dutch and French languages.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Maturity and independence.
• Drive and motivation.
