Project Manager

In this position, you may follow up projects from A to Z and take full charge. 

What will you do?

• After the measurement and discussion with the client or architect, you brief this to your colleagues's of the drawing and study office.
• As an indispensable link between production and construction sites, you ensure smooth operations. You plan deliveries, closely monitor placements and ensure clear communication with suppliers, subcontractors and customers. Moreover, you are also responsible for the layout of fittings sheets, yard sheets, etc.
• You monitor the budget, request quotations from various suppliers and place appropriate orders in a timely manner. Your job is to ensure that the project stays within the financial frameworks.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with the following competences:

• Education and experience: Ideally, you will have a higher degree in a construction field, or have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience: You have several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry.
• Passion for the sector: You have a strong interest in the construction industry, with a specific focus on joinery.
• Personal qualities: You are communicative, entrepreneurial, flexible and enjoy working independently.
