Insurance Advisor

As Insurance Advisor within this Merksplas office, you will be responsible for advising and assisting our clients in taking out various types of insurance. You will analyse customers' needs, propose appropriate insurance solutions and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. You work closely with internal and external parties to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Furthermore, you also take on part of the claims management.

• Giving advice on different types of insurance.
• Analysing customer needs and risk profiles.
• Drafting and presenting insurance proposals.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-care.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain records.
• Actively contribute to team goals and business objectives.

To fill this role of Insurance Advisor, we are looking for the person who can identify with the following:

• You obtained a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or are equivalent through experience.
• Ideally, you can fall back on a first experience in the financial sector. School leavers are definitely welcome to apply too!
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both oral and written.
• Customer-oriented and commercial attitude.
• Experience in analysing customer needs and risk profiles.
• Results-oriented and proactive.
• Knowledge of Brio is a plus.

We are currently looking for an additional associate within insurance for a banking and insurance office in the Merksplas region to join the team. As a new employee, you will join a team that currently consists of about 15 people, spread over several locations.
