BIM modeller (Revit)
Function
Duties include:
- Start-up and development of new projects, mainly in Revit
- Develop concepts into preliminary drafts and starting notes
- Building out a 3D model (or part of one)
- Delivery of qualitative and executable 2D plans
- Extracting qualitative 3D visualisations, tables and/or other documents from the 3D model (e.g.: weights, measurement statements,...)
- Dimensioning and drawing in 3D elements: pipes, air ducts, cable ducts, ...
- Preparation of lighting calculations
- Constructive thinking on improvements
- Working closely with your team of other BIM modellers, EPB reporters, project engineers and the project manager
- Sporadically attend project meetings with the client and/or other parties, clearly explaining the work.
Profile
- You are an enthusiastic person with a passion for engineering.

- You have a hands- on attitude.
- You have a feel for designing in 3D.
- You hold a minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or construction field or equivalent through experience.
-You have knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & MS Office.
