Building & Utilities Technician
Function
- Management of buildings, utilities and air conditioning systems

- Participating in the practical elaboration of new and improvement projects such as applying, elaborating and evaluating concepts and process improvements, co-creation of tools, parameters and machine processes
- Documenting tools, parameters and machine processes
- Helping to optimise reliability, cost control and efficiency
- Organising permanence in relation to monitoring and ensuring the continuity of Utilities
- Taking action (correcting, informing, shutting down machines,...) in case of abnormal quality or incorrect functioning of safety devices or machines. Particularly utilities-related.
Profile
- Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical engineering, electromechanics)
- Knowledge of refrigeration techniques
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position. Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector is a strong advantage
- Is familiar and conversant with GMP guidelines, pharmaceutical guidelines, hygiene, etc.
- Experience with quality systems, procedures, training, etc.
- Can work with MS-office
