Function

Due to growth, they are looking for a colleague who will focus specifically on the quality section. You will be responsible for the development of quality procedures as well as the effective control of products and measuring instruments. 

  • Carrying out checks on incoming goods (customer returns)
  • Ensuring the correct operation of the control and measuring instruments used
  • Handling complaints from internal and external customers
  • Helping to find out why certain errors occur
  • Writing out and running tests
  • Data processing of tests
  • Implement and monitor existing quality procedures
  • Maintain assembly manuals and parts lists
  • Thinking along to improve products 

You will report to the Quality manager.

Profile


  • You followed a technical education or are equivalent through experience
  • You have experience in a quality-related function
  • You are administratively strong
  • You have good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • You would like to work in a smaller organisation where different departments work strongly together
  • You like to take responsibility yourself and can work well independently

Organisation

Our client develops and manufactures medical devices for electric wheelchairs.

Currently the team consists of 10 people, the office is in the region of Deinze. 

Their customers are companies that manufacture and/or distribute wheelchairs.

As these products belong to the "medical devices" category, European legislation that sets high requirements for this category must be met.  

Quality and safety of products comes first.
