Business Controller

For our company in Roeselare, we are looking for an experienced Business Controller with an analytical mind and a proactive attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial reports, supporting the budgeting process and performing variance analysis. You will work closely with various departments to optimise financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Development of financial models and business analysis.
• Preparation and analysis of periodic financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform variance and trend analyses.
• Advise management based on financial insights.
• Participate in projects to improve financial processes and systems.

As the ideal candidate for the position of Business Controller Do you possess the following qualifications:

• A completed HBO/WO degree in Business Economics or similar.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a financial auditing role.
• Excellent command of Excel and experience with financial software.
• Good communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear conclusions.
• Analytically strong, accurate and results-oriented.
• Proactive, independent and a team player.
