IT Support Engineer

Function
As a Support Engineer, you provide technical support to users of computers and IT applications. Both for hardware, general software and for our own programmes. In the first instance, you try to find a solution for the customer yourself, ensure an appropriate referral or, if necessary, send a technician on site. The problem reports or calls are usually made by telephone or e-mail and answered by the customer.
Organisation
Our client is the leading supplier of notarial software. They have developed their own software programme for this sector and also supply, install and configure everything from equipment (PCs, servers & printers).
Profile
Good knowledge of:
- Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Windows
- Windows server
- Being able to work with internet and e-mail
- Experience installing, configuring and repairing PCs, servers and networks
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to undertake continuous training
